II.  How to Convert AVI, WMV, MPEG, ASF, MOV, and FLV to MP4
 
Step1: Free download and save it in your computer and run it.
Step2: With the program click "Add" and choose the video files you want to convert.
 
Step3: With the program remove click "Remove" and choose the remove video files.
 
Step4: "Control" which can be found on the panel of the main window. They can be adjusted or changed manually according your needs. If you don't know what the setting means, its best to leave the "Control"alone. 
 
Step5: To set the folder where you want to save your target file, you may select the Output folder by clicking the "Output" button.
